Delivery & Returns Policy


We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days, however this may take longer during periods of sale and promotions.  We endeavour to communicate with our customers any and all delays we may be experiencing.

RETURN – Non faulty / Unwanted product

We are happy to offer a refund on any item purchased provided it is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges.

Items must be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us. Once we have received your return item, we will process a refund due to you without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we received your return item.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend sending returns to us by Special or Recorded delivery (depending on the value) if you would like it to be tracked and insured. When returning a item, please package the item properly and securely together with the dispatch note to ensure that the item is not damaged during transit. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any returned item in transit.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item you should contact us immediately.


If you wish to exchange an item the easiest way is to return the item for a full refund and then simply reorder the item online.
